Shipping Policy

United Kingdom Delivery

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. All UK orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) and include full tracking.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
