Indulge in the rich flavor of our sustainably wild-caught Anchovies, harvested off the coast of Morocco. Our expert fishermen ensure that the anchovies are prepped for curing within a day of harvest, and then placed in barrels for 6-12 months between layers of natural sea salt. After curing, the anchovies are carefully cleaned and hand-packed in pure Mediterranean olive oil, a traditional process that has been perfected over hundreds of years.
