Dig deeper.\n\nSuggested use\n                                            \n                                            \n                                                Get Cooking This rice is raw and must be cooked to unlock its deliciousness. 1. Using a fine mesh sieve, rinse 1 cup rice under cold water for 1 minute and drain. 2 Combine rice, 1 3\/4 cups water or broth, and butter or oil (optional, but very tasty) in a 2 qt. saucepan and bring to a boil. 3. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer and cook for 15 minutes. 4. With lid on, remove from heat and let steam for 10 minutes. Fluff it up with a fork and dig in. Serves 4-5. TIP: If rice is too firm at the end of cooking, no big deal!
