Dig deeper at lundberg.com\n\nSuggested use\n                                            \n                                            \n                                                Get CookingThis rice is raw and must be cooked to unlock its deliciousness. Using a fine mesh sieve, rinse entire bag of rice under cold water for 1-2 minutes and drain. Combine rice, 2 1\/4 cups water or broth, and 1 Tbsp. butter or oil (optional, but very tasty) in a 2 qt. saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer and cook for 45-50 minutes. With lid on, remove from heat and let steam for 10 minutes. Fluff it up with a fork and dig in. Serves 4-5.TIP: If rice is too firm at the end of cooking, no big deal!
