Magnesium for Brain Health and Cognitive Function

Each serving of 3 capsules provides 147mg of magnesium, including 2g of Magtein^®. For optimal results, take 3 capsules daily, preferably in divided doses. Start with 1 capsule daily and gradually increase to 3 capsules daily.
