Source Naturals Yaeyama Chlorella is a dietary supplement made from non-GMO, fresh-water chlorella grown on the coral reef island of Ishigaki, Japan. This superfood is a species of green algae rich in vegetarian vitamin B-12, iron, and vitamin A, making it a complete vegetarian protein. The plant's super green color comes from the plant pigment, chlorophyll.
Preliminary evidence suggests that chlorella may support the health of the liver and immune system. To reap its benefits, take 10 tablets daily with food.
