Each tablet and softgel is designed to provide essential nutrients for a healthy pregnancy, including methylated folate, vitamin D, vitamin B6 for nausea reduction, iodine, choline, and biotin.

The tablets and softgel are free of artificial dyes, making them gentle on your stomach. The speckled tablet contains essential nutrients for pregnancy, including choline, methylated folate and B12, vitamin B6, vitamin D3, iodine, iron and other easy-to-absorb chelated minerals. The softgel contains 300 mg of DHA and 150 mg of EPA from ultra-purified omega-3 fish oil, supporting your baby's healthy brain and eye development and full-term birth.
