Two Ways to Prepare:
Soaking Method: Soak noodles in hot tap water for 25 minutes to 1 hour, then stir-fry or sauté with your favorite ingredients.
Boiling Method: Add noodles to 4 quarts of boiling water and cook 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm (al dente).
Our Rice Noodles are made from rice flour, water, and modified tapioca starch, and are manufactured in a facility that produces only rice and rice noodle products.
