Real Thai Yellow Curry Paste
This Indian-inspired curry paste has a unique blend of paprika and turmeric. Mild and flavorful, it's perfect for fish, poultry, and pork.
Pour 1 can of A Taste of Thai Coconut Milk into a saucepan, whisk in 1 tablespoon of Yellow Curry Paste, and add a dash of Fish Sauce or salt to taste. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook 3-4 minutes until thickened.
Use prepared sauce in a variety of ways:
- Poured over grilled fish, chicken, pork, or beef
- Stir into cooked rice noodles or jasmine rice
- Added to stir-fries
Refrigerate unused sauce for no more than 5 days. Reseal and refrigerate opened inner envelope up to three months.
