Alessi Sun Dried Tomatoes are made from juicy, red, and fragrantly ripe tomatoes handpicked from the vines. They are then split in half, salted, and laid on large wooden flats to dry in the sun. Packed in extra virgin olive oil, these sun dried tomatoes have a high concentrated flavor, making a little go a long way.

Suggested use: Refrigerate after opening. Oil may congeal in refrigerator but will not affect the quality of the product. Other ingredients: Sun dried tomatoes, olive oil, salt, glucose, ascorbic acid, citric acid, sulphur dioxide (as a preservative to retain color), potassium sorbate. Contains Sulfites.
