Honey bees are clever. They make propolis by collecting resin from trees and combine it with beeswax and enzymes to seal and protect the hive.

Bee Propolis originates from a plant's defense system and contains over 300 powerful natural bioactive compounds, flavonoids and phenolics (antioxidants) which can support immune function.

Suggested Use

Immune health : Mix 1 ml (1/4 tsp) in warm water and swallow twice daily.
Oral health: Mix 0.5 ml (1/8 tsp) in water, rinse around mouth and swallow twice daily.
