Instructions:
Shake the bag to mix in the blueberries. Add 5-6 3/4 cups of water to make pancake batter. Add additional water as needed. Mix until combined. Cook over medium-high heat on a preheated greased skillet. Flip once and serve when golden brown.
For waffles, blend 3/4 cup mix, ½ cup water, and 1 tablespoon oil. Add more water as needed. Cook according to waffle iron instructions. Thicker batter will make the waffle easier to cook.
