Suggested Use:

• Ingredients: 5-6 pancakes, 24-26 pancakes, 3/4 cup mix, 2.3 cups water, 2 1/3 cups water

Instructions:

1. MIX your ingredients until combined.
2. Let prepared batter sit for 2 minutes.
3. HEAT your pan over medium-high heat or turn your electric griddle to 375ºF.
4. POUR or scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto your hot pan or griddle.
5. COOK 2 1/2 minutes on each side or until the pancakes are golden brown.

Waffle Instructions: Mix 3/4 cup of mix, 2/3 cup of water, and 1 tbsp of oil. Let batter rest for 2 minutes. Heat up waffle iron, coat with non-stick cooking spray. Cook according to the waffle iron instructions or until waffles are golden brown.
