Mugwort, a bushy plant with gray-green, very bitter-tasting leaves, is a natural remedy with a variety of uses. Its leaves can be used to make a tea that promotes vivid dreaming when used in sleep pillows.
To prepare the tea, combine 1 tsp. of mugwort with 8 oz. boiling water. Cover and steep the mixture for 5-10 minutes before straining and serving immediately.
