Take one softgel with water three to five times a day. Each softgel contains a proprietary extract blend of 200mg, including Echinacea angustifolia, Osha, Licorice, Yerba Mansa, Yerba Santa, Pleurisy Root, fresh Grindelia, and Ginger.
