We test carvacrol to ensure it is 90%+ because it is the most important active ingredient in oregano oil. Higher levels of carvacrol = stronger potency. Most oregano oils only contain 60-70%.  Suggested use This mixture was designed to be consumable without further dilution, however its high potency & Carvacrol content may cause it to still feel spicy at first. We like to take up to 10 drops under the tongue.
