It gently cleans sinuses and nasal passages, providing an added benefit to overall health.

Suggested Use: Insert the nozzle into the nostril and depress the pump completely while breathing in through the nose. Spray 1-2 times in each nostril, up to three times per day for no more than three days. We recommend a day of rest if resuming use. Thereafter use only as needed. Safe for children over the age of 1 year.
