Description Perfect for Fresh Fish, Octopus or Tofu!Made With Hawaiian Dried Ogo (Seaweed)Made in Hawaii USA!This Hawaiian Poke mix delivers the authentic poke flavor you've been craving. Complete with Hawaiian Ogo straight from Hawaii. Simple ingredients, authentic flavor, easy to prepare.  Suggested use Cut 1 lb. of raw fish into 3/4" x 3/4" cubes. Remove dried Ogo (seaweed) from package and place in a bowl. Cover with water and let stand for 1 - 2 minutes. Remove Ogo from water and squeeze out the moisture - slice into 1/2" pieces. Place cut fish into a large bowl and sprinkle Ogo over fish. Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil. Add Hawaiian salt & chili mixture.
