Suggested Use

Shake the tea concentrate well before use. Boil 4 oz. of fresh spring water or distilled water. Add 4 fl. oz. of the previously prepared tea concentrate to water. Drink once daily on an empty stomach, preferably before bedtime. Drink warm or cold.

For a half-gallon supply, use 2 oz. of the herbal tea blend. This will yield a total of 4 gallons of liquid tea concentrate (four-month supply). For freshness, prepare the tea concentrate in small batches.
