Suggested Use

• To Prepare: Rinse and soak the beans for 6-8 hours or overnight. Alternatively, cook them in a pot with 3'' of water above the beans for 1 1/2 hours.
• Cook the beans in a heavy pot with 3 cups of water to 1 cup of soaked beans. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer until tender.
