Follow these simple steps to cook quinoa to perfection:
Rinse quinoa under cold water until water runs clear.
Place 1 cup of quinoa and 2 cups of water or broth into a saucepan.
Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat to a simmer, cover with a lid, and cook until liquid is absorbed (about 15 minutes).
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork and serve.
