Suggested Use:
Cornbread Recipe: Combine 1 cup cornmeal, 1 1/3 cups buttermilk, 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 eggs, and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
Muffins: Mix 1 cup cornmeal with wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients. Bake in a standard muffin tin for 15 minutes or large for 20 minutes.
