Suggested Use

Drink 1-3 servings per day. Carefully peel tag from sachet. Place one tea sachet in cup. Pour 8 oz boiling water and cover. Steep for 5 minutes. Sweeten if desired. Each tea sachet can be re-steeped for an additional serving.

Helpful Tip: Try the 555 recovery rule, 5 days in bed, 5 days on the bed, and 5 days around the bed, to allow gentle recovery.
