Description Dietary SupplementDL-PhenylalanineSupports An Alert State375 mg DL-Phenylalanine, or DLPA, May support healthy levels of endorphins and enkephalins, compounds naturally produced by the body that have a positive effect on comfort levels.  Research suggests that DLPA helps regulate the enzyme action the body uses to break these compounds down, which may extend their use by the body. L-Phenylalanine is also a precursor to the mood-related neurotransmitter dopamine.  Suggested use 1 to 2 tablets 1 to 2 times daily. Other ingredients Dibasic calcium phosphate, sorbitol, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silica, and modified cellulose gum.  Warnings Contains phenylalanine. Not to be used by phenylketonurics, women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding, or with antidepressant drugs such as MAOIs or SSRIs. If you have chronic high blood pressure, take after meals and/or consult your health care professional. Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing.
