Suggested Use:
Shake the canister before each use. Preheat your griddle or pan to 350°F, whisk together the egg and milk, add the dry mix, and blend until fully incorporated. Stir in melted butter and combine thoroughly. Allow the batter to stand for 5-10 minutes, then spray the surface with nonstick cooking spray and pour on the batter.
