The brew is indeed Emerald Green in color and has a sweet, full-bodied flavor. Suggested use Brewing Brew one level teaspoon of leaf in twelve ounces water (175ºF) for four minutes. We recommend using mineral or non-chlorinated water, as it will not distort the flavor.
