Taking Psyllium Husks without a full glass of liquid may cause choking. Consult your health care provider prior to use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication, have any medical conditions or have difficulty swallowing. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if outer seal is broken or missing.
