Suggested use Hot Tea: Place one tea bag into an 8 oz cup, pour boiling hot water over tea bag and steep 2 to 5 minutes depending on desired strength. Ice Tea: For one quart of ice tea, pour 2 cups of boiling water over 4 tea bags. Brew 4 to 6 minutes. Then add 2 cups of cold water and chill. Other ingredients Hibiscus flowers, raspberry leaves, orange peel rosehips, blackberry leaves, chicory, natural raspberry flavor, citric acid.
