Usage Instructions:
Stovetop: 1 cup water, 1/2 cup muesli, simmer 7 minutes, let stand 2 minutes.
Microwave: 1/4 cup muesli, 1/2 cup water or milk, cook 3 minutes, stir once.
Cold: 1/4 cup muesli, 1/2 cup yogurt, milk or fruit juice, let sit 5-10 minutes.
Other Ingredients: Whole grain wheat, dates, sunflower seeds, raisins, whole grain rye, barley, oats, triticale, almonds, flaxseed, and walnuts.
